"We had a marvelous experience at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was excellent with plenty of options. There was ample parking space for our car. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. Amenities were exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay."

"I think this was the best hotel room, wise cleaning wise everything location wise best hotel I have stayed in india me husband and the rest of the family were really happy. Nice clean rooms really nice beds. Everything good only thing I did not like about is the cost of the food is too expensive the roadies they were given us literally a joke they should work on their roti and their food make the prices a little less everything else is good."

"The staff at the hotel were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
Entering the room there was an odour issue, this was alleviated after turning on the AC for an hour or so, the following day the AC was turned off by cleaning and the odour issue returned again.
Breakfast could be improved, both in terms of options available and quality of food served.
The hotel also lacked amenities with no gym (even if basic). The room was advertised as a suite and appears relatively...

"The location of the hotel is pretty good, as it’s close to Himachal Tourism Lift and the Mall Road.
The Hotel has 3 nice restaurants and a Breakfast buffet as well. Breakfast buffet was a decently good spread and tasted nice.
However, the washroom smelled very bad, and despite a request to change room and fix the smell, the staff merely cleaned the washroom and sprayed a freshner. The washroom continued to smell throughout the stay. Also, the bathtub was creaking and was clearly...

"No heater, no carpet or slippers for cold floors, no proper toiletries just soap, blanket with women's hair, uncleaned kettle, no wifi password given, other than being on prime location this is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed as per the amount paid.
The manager making excuses of no electricity during 2PM everyday on checkin time and asking guests to cancel so that they can rent rooms on higher price to other guests during peak crowd. This hotel should be 1 star nothing more."
