I loved staying at this hotel and appreciated it even more after moving to the Marriott, which seemed very cold and sterile compared to the Niwa. From the super polite front desk people (we received a very deep bow from one when boarding the elevator to our room the first time) to the little touches such as an air cleaner/humidifier, tea service tray and bluetooth speaker in the room, the Hotel Niwa is a very nice place to stay. You feel like you are experiencing the real Japan here.

"雨の中のグランピングでした。雨の影響のでないテントに無料で変えていただきました。 雨用のタオルが置いてありありがたかったです。 少し寒かったのですが、部屋は暖房で暖かく快適でした。 朝夕の食事をつけたのですが、ボリュームあり、バラエティもありとても美味しかったです。ドリンクも飲み放題で、ビールなど生ビールをたくさん頂きました。 ただ雨だったので取りに行くのは大変でした。 お風呂も綺麗で、サウナも付いています。 ロウリュウにほうじ茶をかけるのが斬新でとても香り良かったです。 次回は天気の良い日にリベンジしたいと思います。"
