"We enjoyed our stay. Great staff and service. Very clean and a good dinner buffet. The hotel is a bit of a hike uphill. Google maps might tell you to approach from the right, go behind the hotel and come around to the entrance. This route has a bunch of uneven steps and is somewhat steep. It’s better to approach from the left side up a paved road with an even incline."

"The faculty is older and needs some tlc. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle to ski resort a plus. We enjoyed the traditional room and onsens. "
