"Very pleasantly surprised by the hotel after reading about the surrounding area. Not a good place to be out at night but fine during the day. Friendly staff, nice room amenities, great place for breakfast next door, shuttle to cruise port available and convenient."

"This location is very good, walking distance too Pikes Place Market, the Ferry and some nice dining options. The room was clean the restaurant “Oliver’s” was nice. This is a very old Hotel with very small rooms but they felt homey and of the time period from when the hotel was built. The only complaint was the A/C took quite a while to cool off the room. Other than that if you are looking for the “Experience” definitely stay here. FYI, there is a 3rd party shuttle service that can take you to the Cruise dock for a little less than an Uber. Also as a general note. Bering is expensive here take the light rail from the airport and save about $80!"

"I was on a short stay and wished I had more time in Fremont! Both the location and the hotel are an eclectic artsy blend of contemporary and historical. The king room with a window to the street below is a unique use of what seems to be a former undertaker quarters, and this piqued my curiosity. I loved the photos on the wall and leading more about the evolution of Washington’s coastal life styles. There is a lot to do nearby - bars, tattoos, psychic journeys. I recommend Sinbad for his hospitality and yummy gyro plates, and the Thai late night bites, next door. Too many cool things to list - you will have to come check out Hotel Hotel and Fremont to truly appreciate its special character. Enjoy!"
