"Fantastic place to stay - clean, has 2 grocery stores nearby (family mart and 7eleven) and within walkable distance to osaka-umeda transport hub. There is no staff on site, and communication had to be done mainly via email. With fast response rate. They usually replied within 30 minutes. "

"We loved this property! Trains and convenience stores just a short walk away. The accommodation itself was spacious and comfortable. We travels as a big group with kids and it was perfect!"

"It was a safe neighborhood and not to far from the station. However finding the place is tricky. watch the youtube video carefully. 2nd floor accomodation so a bit tricky with heavy suitcase. The front door is hope but your room has a key. "

"万博にいくために５月末に3泊しました。大阪市内まで、電車で結構時間がかかるので大阪港徒歩3分のアクセスはかなり良かったです。万博会場に一日中いると、疲れてしまうので、昼に３時間ほど抜けて、こちらの宿泊施設に戻って休めました。とは言っても、万博の東ゲートから往復で１時間くらいです。また、大人3人子ども1人で利用しましたが、部屋も広く落ち着いて過ごせました。コインランドリーのピエロが近くにあるので、お洗濯がしやすいと思います。（我が家は洗濯機で用がたりました）以下の点を改善していただけると、より良いかと思います。 ◯お風呂の掃除用の洗剤とスポンジがない。 ◯お風呂のカビ取り（湿気がこもりやすいので、使用後は窓を開けて、換気扇をまわすことを必須とする） ◯お風呂の椅子が低すぎる（浴槽が広かったのは良かった） "

"This is not the place for everyone, but it was perfect for me and my 2 teenage sons. The stairs are steep getting to the bedrooms. If you have any physical challenges, it’s not for you. With that being said, I loved it! It is what I, as an American, would consider a traditional Japanese house. The beds and dining table were on the floor. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
