"If you are looking for an excellent location in Shibuya this is a great place! The staff is also very excellent and best in class service. They are very helpful to set up taxis for you. The breakfast buffet is very nice with great staff! The rooms look similar to the photos however they are the extremely small Japanese type. Difficult for a two person luggage storage and very dated. We're older so the tub height made it difficult to climb into the shower. Our son was alone in his room and it...

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."
