"The facilities in rooms are excellent, a fully equipped kitchen area, great bathroom, dining table and chairs, you could live their permanently as it has everything you would need. Situated two minutes from Selfridges, the Arndale Centre and bars and restaurants it is very convenient. Be aware there is a £100 deposit preauthorisation required until you have checked out and the room has been inspected. My only criticism is the bed is very hard, the option of a mattress topper would be good. "

"Laura at the desk was so friendly and helpful, she provided all relevant information and made us feel really welcome, our apartment was spacious and very clean, and suited our needs well. Feedback: the bed in the master room was very comfortable but sooo high I had to literally jump onto it and slide off, I am of average height, and the taps in the showers were really stiff and hard to use, apart from that everything else was great. "

"Impressed with my accommodation. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless, as was the kitchen area. Felt safe and secure. Online check and electronic key were seamless. No issues accessing building or room. I also left a jacket behind after checking out. I contacted the staff and arranged for them to post this home to me. I was incredibly grateful for their help. I picked this apartment because the listing said that it had limited on site parking which is one of the two requirements I was looking for when booking. In the confirmation booking email they said there was no onsite parking and recommended Q Park. So I used the link that was provided and booked through Q park only to discover later on when checking in that there was actually a closer car park.
