"We love staying here in transit to and from Maine and New York every summer. Such a pleasure to know that there are great staff and a great pool! "The Hotel is lovely, clean, and has a minimal but thoughtful aesthetic. The bathroom and bedroom are huge, and the restaurant connected to the hotel is charming. The only drawback is the location. The town center is dilapidated and rundown, with many closed storefronts. I hope the town of Pittsfield can elevate its downtown area to match the vibe of this charming hotel. "

"We returned to the Chambery Inn to celebrate my wife's birthday and the Memorial Day weekend. We were very happy with our choice. We stayed in a beautiful room (203), which included a spacious sitting area and a well-appointed bath. The breakfast were nicely prepared and presented. The Inn provided timely information prior and during our stay. We will be back in the future. "
