Very helpful staff member. Due to a major winter storm, all roads were closed. Buffalo Inn was close by. Being elderly and handicapped, getting to the entrance was a struggle. The clerk on duty noticed me struggling to get across the drive and came to my rescue. He got me and my suitcase safely inside. Doesn’t get much better than that!!! Everything was perfect with my stay!

The room, and entire facility was clean and well kept. Great location and everything you need is close by. Buffalo is located at the foot of the Bighorn Mountains, with beautiful views, and lots of outdoor activities available.

We didnt stay the night after we saw the condition of the room, and what really drove us out was when asked if there was hot water, it was met with "it takes 10 minutes to kick in. After 10 minutes of the hot water not kicking in, we left and booked nextdoor. Having working hot water in a facility such as this one is a must in my opinion.
