"Excelente hotel, con una ubicación ideal, en una zona segura a pocos pasos de la abadía de Westminster, del St. James Park, de una estación del metro, de un par de Pubs y de muchas atracciones. Buen desayuno, completo y abundante. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero limpias y bien presentadas. El personal es de lo mejor y muy amable, en todas las áreas. Precio justo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente."

"Unser Aufenthalt im Zedwell Piccadilly Circus war leider enttäuschend, insbesondere in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und den versprochenen Service. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht richtig sauber – in der Dusche, am Waschbecken und auf Oberflächen waren deutlich sichtbare Flecken und Rückstände, die sich leicht entfernen ließen.
