Good stay but lacking the suggested luxury.

Good location. Friendly check in and the room (Executive King Spa) was very spacious with a comfy king bed. Minimal towels were put in the room, felt like it set up for one person when I had booked for 2. And in comparison to price paid, toiletries were lacking (no moisturiser and/or items like cotton buds) and again only enough shampoo and conditioner for one person. So overall a good place but the experience didnt reflect the luxury one would expect for the spend per night.

There was leaking and the reason shower was leaking and staff was keep asking us what we did. We told them we used bath but it wasn’t over flowed. We explain them couple of times.

Great stay

Great service. Stayed for a wedding and they were very accommodating about getting us in earlier that usual checkin. Very clean and beds extremely comfortable. If i need to stay in Shepparton again I would stay at the carrington.

A lovely boutique hotel. We enjoyed our stay, the Christmas decorations made it feel very inviting and welcoming. Our room service meal was delicious and arrived quickly. All staff very friendly and helpful too.

Good Central position in town. Comfy bed. Bathroom configuration is dangerous with shower water flooding the entrance to the bathroom. Reverse cycle heater is positioned above the wardrobe and mini-fridge cupboard. the cupboard door will not open when the heater is on as the door hits the fins on the heater.

High standard

Friendly and prompt check in. The room was to the high i standard that I expected. Convenient location. Restaurant wasn’t open due to COVID restrictions. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfy rooms but too noisy for me

Room was small but clean, pillows were comfy but felt like I was going to roll out of bed. We were woken up at 1am by a rowdy crew who wouldn’t pipe down so I called the after hours number and nobody answered, we had a sleepless night after that. Mentioned to reception in the morning and was told I should have tried the number 2 or 3 times.....There were joins out the front until all hours speeding past and doing burnouts, the noise resonated through to the room even though we were 9 rooms from the back of the restaurant that fronts on to the road, and the pipes are really noisy so if anyone uses the shower or toilet in nearby rooms you can hear it. The restaurant there was lovely. Would be happy to eat there again but would not stay again.

Good location just a few minutes drive to CBD. Opposite the lake but rooms are at the back of the main building so don't have a lake view. Busy railway line behind the hotel with regular trains during the night. Large size rooms.
