"This hotel was a nightmare, we had room 147 and the door hinge is not screwed in properly so the door was creaking every 30 seconds all night, there were stains on the pillows and sheets, all the walls were scraped and scratched like a horror movie. None of the ice machines worked, no breakfast, and when I went to get coffee this morning the trash from yesterday was just sitting on the table next to the machine and cups. We were grossed out. Also the guy at the front desk talked so softly I actually said “what, can you repeat that?” At least 10 times and he did not speak louder it was really weird. Don’t stay here. "

What I would say is that there is a trend on placing your stay with 3rd party guest on And getting the low quality of rooms available Not with this resort but others as well So what deal are you really getting ?"

"I LOVED this place. Overall, I didn't fall in love with Martha's Vineyard, but I LOVED, LOVED LOVED this hotel. The spa was incredible, the pool was amazing, the room was comfortable...they had everything I could want. But the STAFF really made the experience over the top. I loved interacting with them.
