"I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport. The room was very clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay near the airport!"

"Very sad to say that we’ve been staying at this hotel when it was the Drury Inn for the last four years and everything was great including the managers the staff the happy hour breakfast now that it’s been taken over by Wyndham, the hotel looks rundown. There is no sign on the hotel, it looks really shady. The rooms are not kept up. The air conditioning was not working in the lobby. . There’s a constant dripping sound in our bathroom and the doors were all beat up. You can do better."

"Holiday Inn Express San Antonio airport area was great/fantastical. VERY VERY CLEAN. The property with pool was lovely. One issue, when I arrived back to Mi I (04-15-2026) I was surprised to see I had been charged an extra 50$??? I didn’t purchase what ‘Sabrina’ called “incidentals”. My husband did not stay with me so it can’t be an ‘extra person’ charge.My husband was not on the original reservation either. Susan Duby"

"The room was decently sized for 5 people, the beds were a bit hard though. There were also these little bugs on the sink outside the bathroom. And the shower drain was clogged so the water only drained after you finished, the shower head seems like it was positioned for shorter people, at a weird angle. Breakfast was okay, just hotel food."

"Outdated room interiors, exposed wires on AC unit, empty conditioner bottle in the shower; reserved a king bed room with jetted tub but they ended up not having that room available. Staff were nice but unable to help with the room availability situation. Fruit flies/fungus gnats everywhere. Overpriced for the mediocre quality. I rarely give bad reviews.."

"The hotel sent a shuttle to the airport to pick us up and drop us off at the end of our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Popcorn and soda were provided in the evenings for a snack. The breakfast and supper buffets were tasty and satisfying. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"This was a solo trip for me, just for a single night. The staff was courteous and friendly. Check-in was a breeze and parking was easy, directly in front of the entrance. The room was on the bottom floor, right next to the kitchen and breakfast area. Waking up like a fat kid to the smell of pancakes and waffles! The room itself is starting to show its age, carpet looks worn and old. Bed and pillows were comfy. Overall, just fine for a 1 night stay. The area seems safe, it’s directly alongside...

"Usually we really like Home2Suites- this location seems to have seen a lot of wear and tear. (Being in a major city by an airport, I’m sure they have more people coming through on average.) One of the elevators was broken and a table with art for a raffle had a big broken glass and broken frame- and was just left out in the lobby our whole stay giving a run down impression. Stay was fine- staff was friendly and room was ok but at $200, wouldn’t stay at this location again."
