"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. "The address given on Expedia lead us down a dirt road to an empty place. We could never get in contact with the location even calling multiple times and we could not find the location. Very disappointed with Expedia with not confirmling a physical location. We ended up staying somewhere else. "
