"I was very disappointed with my stay, particularly with the cleanliness and poor customer service.
The sink was plugged shut, and we couldn’t remove the plug. The water contained hair, making it seem as though the sink had not been properly cleaned. When we asked the receptionist for help, they were dismissive and immediately said they couldn’t offer another room. They only came to help after we asked several times.
The bigger issue was the extremely loud, squeaky floor above us after 1 am....

"Wortley Hall is not worthy of being described a hotel (what does the "Q"stand for to be worthy of its listing on the Q Hotel's sight?
It was more like a TUC/Miner's Welfare holiday property, being festooned with left-wing items- including forms to join !
Although warm enough there was no sense of warmth and comfort. There was no bottled water in the room nor fridge.
Breakfast was served in a stark room but the food was OK except the there was alimoited fruit offeing not a fruit salad."
