"We have stayed at this hotel many times when taking in a show at the Casino. Check-in is never smooth, but this time was the worst. Despite a 4:00 pm check-in time (the latest check-in time possible for most hotels), rooms were not ready. The lobby was filled with people waiting for rooms. My husband asked the front desk staff if there were other rooms available, but absolutely no effort was made to put us in a room which might have been ready. We had a 5:15 pm reservation at a restaurant in town and planned to freshen up before hand. Unfortunately that wasn’t possible, so off to the restaurant we went, a bit more casual in appearance than we wanted to be. There is a long list of “rules” clients are to follow while staying at this hotel. I think most hotel clients probably have two expectations for any hotel: the room is ready at check-in time and the room is clean. Well, in this case at least the room was clean. We did not feel welcome, so we will not be returning, nor do we recommend this establishment."

"Kids hockey tournament which I understand is out of the hotels control, but we were woken up to kids pounding on the door and screaming in the hallway. The rooms are advertised as being soundproof and that’s not the case at all. “Free breakfast” but never specified the fact it’s just muffins, cereal and toast. Was pretty disappointed to wake up and not be able to eat a balanced breakfast after the cost I paid. Wouldn’t book again unless there was a promotional deal. Not worth the money. "

"We arrived for a two-day stay over March break. We weren't provided with any information upon arrival regarding parking, wifi, pool hours or breakfast hours. We weren't informed the pool was out of order. We booked a themed room, which was older. There were lights in the children's bunk that didn't function and were hanging by wires. Went to breakfast the next morning and were told the staff didn't show up so there was no breakfast other than dry cereal (no milk) or bagels. Coffee wasn't even made. Front desk staff told us it wasn't their job. We left after one day. Were told we'd get a discount but were charged full price. "

"The only thing that I would say is the pool was colder than expected however by the fun the kids were having they did not care. Seniors amt little different"

"Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Bed really comfortable. Room in general tired, in need of update but perfect if you don't want to pay an arm and a leg for an overnight stay. Full breakfast included with your stay."
