"Room was spacious, staff were very friendly and helpful. We managed to charge our car for free with the destination Tesla charger. Pool was really warm - didn’t mind the charge of £5 per person per day - we were informed of this beforehand so no surprises there. Did not eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food "

"Alicia (the blonde haired lady on reception - hoping i’ve remembered your name correctly!) was absolutely incredible with looking after us. The food was delicious with a very generous breakfast spread, the spa was clean and tidy. The room was so comfortable and tidy, lovely bed!!
only a few things which we feel could improve; the coffee, tea and biscuits were not restocked every day so we often had to call to ask. Flannels and a toilet roll were not always resupplied so we needed to call for...
