"The room was clean, the staff was nice, breakfast was good, but the common area on the first floor was dirty. Upholstery cushions were soiled and we did not want to sit on them. Also, this property is undergoing renovations and there boxes and fixtures stacked up on the 1st floor by the elevator. This property is not worth what we paid for our room."

"The location is in a nice area and the free parking deck was nice. Our room was not ready on time but the staff went out of their way to offer us a snack or drink from the lobby. Our only complaint was that our room had a very weird smell, like sweat I think? It was really gross and after we left we smelled like it."

"Arrived at 3:30 - after the check-in time. The room was not ready until after 5. There was the continual almost ready, we will check, etc."

"A very nice Holiday Inn- either newer or refurbished. Clean food, breakfast area was nice and good quality of food."

"Tyrone and Lynn were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Pool is warm, breakfast has many choices and pretty good. Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. There are evening small meals and drinks complimentary , a good value. Short drive to other things. 15 minutes to 30 minutes."

"Loved our stay here. We stayed a few days for the twenty one pilots Ohio Stadium show. They have Ice/Microwaves and the staff will help you if you need anything. Theres a nearby Walmart in case you need to go shopping for things you need. Usually any location you’d like to visit in Columbus is 15-25 mins away."

"The staff was pleasant and very nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and clean. It was quiet and I had a great nights sleep. Appreciated the soap dispensers and not the little bar soaps. Could have used a couple more large towels for showering for 2 adult females. Outside was a little shabby and rundown on the back side where we stayed. Several people smoking weed and men loitering but I stayed aware of my surroundings and did not feel threatened in any way. Checking in...

"Overall this was a great place to stay. The breakfast was great. There were plenty of options each morning. The pool was good and the location was convenient. The beds were not to my liking. They were very soft and pillowy. But that's me. Some people might like that."

"Staff was very professional and friendly"
