We picked this hotel because it had a pool. Apparently owners decided to close the pool for maintenance the day before. We had 4 kids very excited to swim. There were less expensive hotels without pools closer to where we were going & I asked for a discount & the staff member said she would pass along the request. No response & so far no discount.

This morning I had the sheer displeasure of Ricco calling me from the hotel to argue with me about my rating. The milk was still rotten this morning but there were eggs and yogurt.
