"We drove from Toronto to watch the England vs Ghana game. The hotel was fairly close to gilette stadium. Staff were friendly,curtious and the breakfst buffet was excellent."

"Staying after World Cup, it was 500 dollars a night. No problem. The air was blowing hot air, it was miserable. Reported the problem was told no one was available to work on it…. I said I won’t be able to sleep. I’m sorry I will add points. After I couldn’t take it anymore I said I need my money back it won’t give me another room. This is 1030 pm fyi. Finally get in new room. Horrible."

"Picked the accommodation because it was a 15 minute walk to the Gillette Stadium which was excellent. However, I also picked it because there was a bar and food which was sadly not open the night before the England match - very disappointing. I was also promised extra blankets because it was cold in room. These were promised but sadly never arrived. However, I would stay there again."

"Good location, right next to the stadium. But had a bad experience, at 7:50 am got woken up by the room service trying to get into my room and knocking repeatedly at the door even after stating there was people sleeping the room."

"The hotel was very nice, especially for a basic hotel. Staff was very friendly and worked to help me although they weren't able to solve the problem. I couldn't get the itnernet to work. My co-worker had no problem with hers so I assume it was my room or even my cell and computer (they haven't had problems elsewhere...)"

"AC didn't work had to transfer room after first night also the Air Conditioning unit while not generating air continued making noises all night driving us crazy. Lost sleep and would expect compensation"

I’m incredibly grateful the staff suggested we take the Boston express bus option as transport to the game. Many other options were suggested to me, but figuring out the best one was overwhelming since I’m not from the area and had a short window to research options.
