Priya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and Theo the head of maintenence was amazing as well as the housekeeping team. I come to Ohio annually and will make sure to return!! "

"Upon arrival, the check in person was not welcoming-she had a gruff and robotic personality. Otherwise we enjoyed our 2 day stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot, tasty and nice variety. I liked that hot water was available all day along with tea packets and coffee. The hot tub was relaxing, but could be hotter. "Cindy was very helpful at the desk. I was very happy with the fact of that the hotel appearance and upkeep was being taken care of. The room was clean. There's obviously a couple things that you can always improve on like maybe the showerhead being cleaned a little bit better. But I didn't feel like in some hotels where things weren't being as cleaned as this hotel was. Even the hallways were nice and clean. The floors were clean. "It was a very well maintained property. There's gas stations, stores, and multiple food options nearby. The continental breakfast didn't have many options, but that's not a deal breaker. The place is conveniently located to a major highway, and it was very well maintained and cleaned. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town."

"Hotel was very nice and breakfast was definitely above average for these kinds of hotel buffets. Actual bacon and fresh berries. Carpet in my room was badly worn and highly visibly stained. The one real ick part of the York experience. "
