Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer könnte komfortabler eingerichtet sein. Das Essen war abends am besten. Mittagessen war OK aber das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich. Hygiene ist eine Sache aber der Geruch im Hauptrestaurant war kaum auszuhalten. Starker Putzmittel Geruch. Animation hätte auch besser sein können. Es gab leider nur 2 mal Abends eine Animation für Erwachsene

Otel çalışanları harika! Herkes çok güler yüzlü . Bizi çok mutlu ettiler. Bir kez klimamiz bozuldugunda resepsiyondaki orta yaşlı biri ( kel gibi ) 4-5 saat bozuk klima ile odamızda rezillik çekmemize göz yumdu odamızı değişmedi kapılar açık klima tamircileri içeri gir çık yaparken bebeğimi sinekler yedi alerjik reaksiyon geçirdi hastanelim olduk. Sonra son gun bizi böcekler yedi. Ertesi gün tekrar klima bozuldu kavga ettik! Odamızı değiştiler sonunda. Otel havuzuna bebek kaka yaptı söylememize rağmen temizlenmedi. Mısırlıların temizlik anlayışı kötü. Ama odalar her gün temizleniyor. Çarsaflar her gün değişiyor. Ama yerleri bizim gibi temiz silmediklerinden asla yeterli gelmiyor. Genede çöp vs kirlilik yok otel tesisi harika güzel. ASANSÖR YOK bu devirde asansör nasıl olmaz bebek arabasiyla merdivenlerden taşıdık her gün. Walid , francescooo(animatör) , aziz, muhammed ve butun garsonlar barmenler ,lifeguardlar harika insanlar . Aşçılardan bir yumurta pişiren suratsız. Temizlik personelleri de herkes güler yüzlü. Otobüsle sahile götürüp getiriyorlar ücretsiz. Plaj güzeldi. Yemeklere gelince, alışmak zaman aldı, ama aç kalmadık çeşit var. Bazen de harika yemekler vardı. Bu fiyata bence otel iyiydi, ama böcek ilacı alın.

Nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Ist kein Strandhotel ca. 10-15min. Busfahrt zu 2 kleinen Stränden. Save unbrauchbar. Kühlschrank zu laut. All inkl. Drinks nur bis 22.0h frei.
Reduziertes Essen am Ramadan. Nach Ramadan Musik am Pool sehr laut. Haben Transfer vom Flugplatz zum Hotel gebucht, niemand wusste etwas davon, so haben wir es selber bezahlt.
