I enjoyed every minute at the Coral Sea Imperial "Coral Sea Sensatori" in Sharm el-Sheikh. The staff was super helpful, and the view of the Red Sea was fabulous. The hotel had something for everyone, and what I really liked was the nightly entertainment on the property. The food was good, especially at the Italian restaurant. If ever I return to Sharm el-Sheikh, I will definitely stay at this property.

Great getaway!

The staff really make this resort the great place that it is. They are friendly, attentive and work hard to make sure guests have a wonderful time. The complex is well maintained, especially the grounds and public area. Our room had plenty of storage and a big comfortable bed. It does feel like the furnishings are getting a bit tired and could use a refresh. We’re usually not fans of buffet’s but we’re impressed with this one as the variety was good and the food was quite hot. Plus, there was a pasta station which we enjoyed. We also had an amazing experience at the Teppanyaki restaurant. The tennis court was an odd material and the tennis racquets we borrowed from the front desk were in poor shape so we only played once. Lastly, the resort needs to work on eliminating the use of some many plastic bottles by offering water filling stations instead. All in all we were impressed with the resort.

Beautiful place

I'm not a big fan of resorts but this place could change my mind. It was really clean and lovely. Very, very nice staff, they bent over backwards for you. Large, clean room with a lovely view. Food was pretty good. I recommend it.

Improvement needed.

I had to confirm my stay with them as I was on the air. There was a difficulty and confusion which just made the stay more aggravating. Got to the hotel and it was a process. I was being passed by and ignored.After getting my turn, I was given a bracelet, my key and to follow the staff. No introduction, no explanation or any kind of interaction in regards to my stay. It was not till much later that I was told that I needed to make reservation for the restaurants in the resort. What’s more confusing is that as I walk through the resort and the restaurants, the main dining all inclusive restaurant was busy but the remainder was not even filled. I asked if I would be able to get a seat but they said that I need to make a reservation a day in advance or more. These are the kinds of information I would expect if I’m staying in a resort. This is not my first time. I expect to be greeted, introduced to the all inclusive amenities and everything else. What’s kore disturbing is that there’s a customer service manager in the front desk who was just sitting down and not interacting with the guest or at least be helpful. Since I was not informed about the other restaurants, I was under the impression that I needed to go out of the resort to get food. Nothing was said when I arrive so I was fuming by the time she mentioned that I needed to make reservations. If I was informed about how the facilities work, I would’ve made arrangements and this is me chatting with them weeks before.

Un soggiorno perfetto. All’arrivo ti accoglie un profumo di pulito e di freschezza, cocktail di benvenuto ed estrema gentilezza del personale di reception. La struttura è davvero perfetta in tutto, non cambierei nulla, se non sostituire le vasche da bagno con docce più moderne .. è c’è un po’ da migliorare l’insonorizzazione delle camere . A mio avviso il programma di animazione da rivedere , poco coinvolgente e pochi spettacoli serali. Lo consiglio definitivamente a tutti, perché su tutto il cibo è eccellente (detto da mio marito, che mi di cucina italiano). Spero di tornare molto presto . Angelo e Federica

Resort Sensatori tutto al top, servizio nei ristoranti e in spiaggia e piscina top… L’unica cosa che sottolineo l’odore di scarico nel bagno abb forte del resto tutto ok!!!!! Torneremo!!!!!

Il resort si presenta pulito e ben tenuto, stanze ampie e moderne con tutti i servizi necessari. Le aree comuni sono un po' dispersive, in generale adatte ad un pubblico adulto o a famiglie. Il teatro e la piscina dei bimbi sono periferici rispetto al cuore del resort, quindi molto spesso ignorate da tutti, un peccato! Il reef è molto bello e ricco di pesci, facile accesso dalla passerella ma anche possibile fare bagno a riva grazie all'ampia spiaggia. Buffet vario ed internazionale (qualità ok anche per italiani esigenti!), possibilità di pasti alla carta nei 5 ristoranti interni (3 cene incluse nella formula all inclusive). Possibilità di prenotare escursioni e taxi in loco ma suggerisco di pianificare esternamente. Servizi di babysitter e babyclub per bambini ma in generale poco coinvolgimento da parte dell'animazione (bisogna organizzarsi e prenotare le attività giornaliere offerte tramite app o totem nelle aree comuni). Possibilità di fare passeggiate la sera sul lungo mare del resort che confina con una zona libera dove trovare negozietti, ristoranti, bar e discoteca. Ci tornerei.

Gradevole soggiorno

Ottimi spazi all’aperto, ben distanziati. La manutenzione è di buon livello per l’Egitto. Il menu della ristorazione è vario, ma un po’ noioso. Un po’ di fantasia e creatività non guasterebbe. I camerieri ed i maitres de salle sono cortesi e gentili fino all’ossessione, pronti a toglierti il piatto dopo aver messo in bocca l’ultimo boccone… non mancheranno i piatti? Il giudizio complessivo resta positivo, per questo periodo dell’anno. Una menzione speciale per maitre Mahmood, sempre piacevole e simpatico.

Vale pela praia

Hotel bom. Pé na areia. Poucos bares para all inclusive. Quarto bom. Os funcionários não são muito simpáticos, principalmente os da recepção. A praia do hotel tem uma barreira de coral que dá para mergulhar de snorkel. Dá para ver vários peixes. Espetacular!

The hotel was exceptional , everything in the hotel including staff , accomadations beach and food were fantastic, this hotel really went above and beyond my expectations, probably the best hotel in sharm , I am very much looking forward to staying there again in the near future !

Excelente estadia hotel excepcional

Possibilitaram fazer early checkout já que chegamos bem cedo Pegamos quarto swim Up que é bem espaçoso e confortável ( achei bem legal mas não creio que valha o valor adicional) O staff é bastante gentil e cortes para os Padrões egípcios O café da manhã é um show a parte. Um dos melhores e completos que já provei no mundo Cama macia, chuveiro excelente Partes negativas: frigobar não gela. A tv é velha é pequena. Senti falta tb de receber as possibilidades de passeios no checkin e na praia acabam tentando nos empurrar bebida a todo custo rsrs mas de forma razoavelmente gentil

Amazing hotel and snorkeling

The beach front room was Amazing, by far the best hotel I've stayed in. the ocean view was phenomenal the dinning was great and the staff was awesome. this is truly a 10/10 experience. As a side note make sure you book the all inclusive package there isn't much restaurants near the resorts. You'll save a lot of money by booking it initially rather than paying for every meal. $30 for lunch $35 for dinner for 2. you'll save 50% by booking the all inclusive stay

Absolutt alt var perfekt. Vi hadde swim-up rom for første gang, dvs basseng utenfor rommet. Anbefales. Maten var veldig bra, det skal godt gjøres å ikke like maten på hotellets flere restauranter. Personalet kunne ikke bli bedre, så vennlige og vi følte oss veldig ivaretatt. Stranda var helt suveren. Hotellet er for alle, enten du reiser med barn eller uten siden de har en Adults only del også. Vi har allerede bestilt neste tur tilbake til Coral Sea Sensatori.
