Ok hotel just fine for the night,

This hotel is slightly misleading from the images on Expedia. We were staying there just as it was close to Shanghai Pu Dong airport and we only spent about 6 hours there due to our flight time. The hotel is way off the beaten track and felt very deserted when we arrived. The staff spoke little English but were very helpful with organising our airport transfer. We arrive at night and it was very spooky and dark. There were 10 of us in our party and we had booked 5 rooms between us. My room only had 2 lights working so it was very dark. The bathroom door didn't lock and there was no shower head on the shower. We all ended up staying in one room as there was no heating and it was freezing as it was in December. Luckily it was just a stop off for us and we weren't staying there long and it did the job, however I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Terrible experience

First it says near airport and it wasn’t, it was 30 min drive from the airport. Second it says Free WiFi, yes it was free but not working. Third elevator take you where ever it wants not where you want. Fourth the smell in the whole hotel was like fish market.

地下鉄から遠い

地下鉄から遠くタクシーで行きました。不便なので泊まらず、他のホテルを利用しました。タクシードライバーからも、あんな汚いとこに泊まるの？というふうに言われるしまつ。地下鉄で場所を訪ねても誰も知らないとこでした。

Suitable for stay one night before or after flight

Overall is good because their price is good and facilities is ok and they provide shuttle but be careful they don't speak English

Very bad hotel

I called the hotel before I booked the hotel and asked if they have pick up service, they promised that they can pick me up at the airport. However, when I arrived at Shanghai pudong airport, I called the hotel's driver, the driver said his car did not have enough gas so that he could not come to pick me up. It was very bad. I tried to take a taxi, by taxi driver said it was too far, finally I could not check in the hotel.

Just an "ok" experience.

The front desk knew no English. We communicated through a translator on my phone that I had to connect through the wi-fi provided by the hotel. Check-in took about 30 minutes, it was very frustrating. They couldn't find my reservation and finally after much back and forth, they said they would hold a certain amount of money (about 40 US dollars) and that I would receive the full amount back at check out. That didn't happen. They kept the money. I can't get a refund through Orbitz so I didn't try. Last time I use Orbitz to book anything.

浦東空港への送迎バスがある

①Wifiの使い方が江鎮店より分かりにくい。　　②部屋にスリッパを置いてほしい。（江鎮にはあった）。　③部屋で本を読めるほど明るい所がない（江鎮にはあった）。④エレベーターがあるのは良い。　　④空港1回のカウンターに従業員は来なくなっているのか？カウンターがないと、外国人には非常に不安。「果たしてホテルに泊まれるのか？もう、お金も払っちゃったのに・・・・」と。

The hotel is nice and clean not English at all easy to go by bus to Chuancha to take metro line2

No internet connection...no restaurant...very rude driver on the shuttle bus to the airport

Hotel next to demolition yard and rural dumping

Isolated building located next to dumping ground and collapsed building, Gravel road, no shops or English speakers at the hotel reception. Please return my money to my credit card as did not stay at the Hotel as been warned by the driver, it is high risk for a foreigner to stay there. I relocated myself to another hotel.

The bathroom door is broken.

Hard to find. location is bad.because, There's nothing around. Eventhogh convenience store. Free breakfast is just hot milk,coffee,bread of lacking taste,steam bun,boilled egg.(taste was terrible.)

予約が取れていなかった。

ホテルの予約が取れておらず、確認に手間取った。最終的には宿泊ができた。また、空港から約8キロとなるが結構遠く、タクシーだとトラブルもあるので送迎の予約は必要。また、ホテル周辺にお店などはほとんどないため、あらかじめ準備が必要。

1. 吹風機是廢的 2. 出面道路是爛路，很多車輛經過，塵土飛揚 3. 剛巧外牆搭棚，一早有男人在窗外幹活，還大聲講電話，一個女生在房內真的有點嚇到，好在拉了一半窗簾，另一半立刻拉上了 4. 距離機場很近，但地鐵站有點遠，要乘公車，公車尾班車只到7點，地理比較偏僻，太晚回來(晚上11點)只能坐的士，司機都不知道怎去，有的嫌太偏僻不載

THE WORST HOTEL I've ever been in.

The staff didn't speak a word of English. The entire hotel reeked of cigarettes, the room was grossssss, the location is terrible, it felt unsafe and scary. Overall DO NOT STAY HERE unless u are a crack head.

Good cheap place close to the airport

If you are not expecting much, this is a good place to stay. The hotel provides shuttles to the airport, so it is a very convenient stay before your leave.

푸동에서 택시타고 약 15분거리

그냥 싼맛에 이용하기 좋았음 공항에서 택시타고 약 150위안정도 들어요. 주위엔 완전 캄캄하고 폐허촌이라 살짝 무섭습니다. 하지만 호텔에서 공항으로 가는 버스가있어서 그점은 좋았어요

Close to Airport

Hotel has a private bus to Airport each hour. The short trip made it easy to catch my early flight. Hotel hadn't received my booking, but staff accepted email.

Hotel was run down but clean. Staff helpful but had virtually no English - but use of receptionists electronic dictionary got us by. The hotel is in the middle of an agricultural area with nothing of interest in the surrouding area. Hotel has no location cards for showing to taxi drivers to get back to the hotel. A taxi is needed to get to the metro (line 2 - 14RMB fare) Room rate supposedly included breadkfast but the hetl had no restaurant acilities at all (sleeping rooms only). Receptionist directed us to a small set of shops 200 m up the road. Worst feature was the extremely poor wifi internet access. If you could get on it was only a few minutes before you dropped out again. Convenient to Pudong airport - 3 stops on Line 2 & excellent highway access by taxi. If you are arriving late at night go to the metered taxi supervisor to ensure the taxi driver will go there - drivers don't want to go as it is too close nd the fare is too low.

Close to the airport

I had to stay one night in Shanghai due to my flight stop over; hence I decided to get something close to the airport becauseI was leaving early in the morning the following day. The Hotel was average but it was not easy for the Taxi driver to find. Also, Internet was very slow and the breakfast was very mediocre. The best part was that they had a free shuttle bus to the airport the following day.
