Central convenient location for other sights. The hotel is very clean, our stay of 2 nights was pleasant & comfortable. Robot delivered coffee pods for the keurig coffee machine when we ran out. I would definitely return to stay on our next visit to Shanghai. "

"The hotel is conveniently located to many tourist attractions (the Bund, Yuyuan garden, Nanjing Road). The rooms are big, clean and lovely. The staff are amazing, especially the bellboys who are at the entrance. They always say hello and are very pleasant. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to a Shanghai. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"almost none of the pictures are accurate ; It’s is not one minute away from nanjing rd; it’s about 20 minutes driving. Jade Temple is the only one close (about 5 blocks from it. At the beginning they gave a room with a restroom and shower in a transparent box! You can see through! I had to ask for different room and they tried to charge me for that; finally I didn’t ….be sure you download didi app for taxis it’s a complicated area to ride a taxi."
