"Very pleasant stay. The hotel has everything, including own onsen that we used every day after skiing. Amazing staff. Very friendly. Shuttle bus to and from skiing is limited hours but very efficient. Hard to get to shops or restaurants if you don’t have a car, but there were a few restaurants offering pick up so it worked well. The hotel, as well has a very nice restaurant. Hotel helped with ski rental too which was amazing."

"Nice breakfast high tea style. Staff were very helpful. Stayed in the loft room for a family of 5. The loft was half height which was fun for the kids. Overall the room space was a bit tight but sufficient. Washing machine and dryers were pay per use. "

"Midtown Niseko is a great place to stay for a great price. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and well taken care of, and the amenities were great. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the transportation to and from the ski area was seamless and user friendly. The staff was helpful with getting us a ride to the location where we picked up our rental gear, and they provide a drop off location for the gear when you are ready to return. "Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. "
