"Since my flight was very late on the day I checked out, they kept luggage for the entire day. The person at the front desk let me use a shower in a room for an hour so I could freshen up and change clothes after a long day in Dhaka and before my flight. The breakfast was nice, with a variety of freshly baked pastries and other food options. "

"On my next trip to Bangladesh I’m staying here again. Grate location, extremely close to the airport. The only negative thing to say is that Gym is somewhat of a joke. "I stayed here on 02/03/2023 the pictures of the hotel itself looked great but the condition of the hotel is terrible and very deceiving. First of all, the AC unit was taped together with cellotape. There was no hot water, the room was infested with mosquitos, I slept an hour but then woke up to having been bitten all over and at 4am a very large droning noise started which when I queried it, was the water pump. "The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. However, the cleanliness (specifically the bathroom was terrific in all aspects and toilet roll was placed in a way that it gets wet while taking shower) and safety (sliding door locks were not working) were terrible. The bedsheets and pillows were full of strains, the disgusting thing I have seen ever in my little experience staying in hotel. Would suggest the hotel to be honest while posting photos in expedia or other platforms....
