"De luxe suite? Bei unserer Ankunft war die Küche total dreckig, die Pfannen und Töpfe unbrauchbar! Nach 2 h putzen und Einkäufen im Supermarkt ( neue Pfanne, Gläser, Messer) war die Küche nutzbar! "Staff were friendly however we chose this hotel as it was a Ramada and we trusted the name. The sheets on the bed where actually dirty( hopefully a stain that would not come out however it would not surprise me if they had not been changed.) we had booked two nights and considered sleeping in the van. There were three large rats in the parking lot when we arrived and garbage around the grounds. I am pretty low maintenance and do not need fancy but this hotel was really bad."

"The exterior wall was all made of windows, like a shop window. It had blind, lots of which broken. It had a windows that didn't really close and you could hear everything from outside. It was very noisy. On the upside, it's 10-15 minutes from the train station and shops, the staff was nice and it was okish priced. Overall I'd recommend it for one night only."

"The hotel needed some work on the outside. The inside had been refurbished for the upcoming Fifa games. The room was cozy and bright with the most comfortable bed my husband & I have ever slept in. The room was very clean, but modest. We also had a view of the Vancouver skyline from our 3rd floor window. "This hotel is unique, sort of a hidden gem tucked away. You would not think there was a hotel there. Once in the property, everything is out of place but in place. Very nostalgic. Once in the room it felt like home. It had a homely feeling to it. The room felt like my own. Great spot"
