"At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored. Only draw back is currently constructionwork ongoing close by in the daytime and most annoying 3 small dogs Barking more or less 24/7. Ofcourse mostly irritations during night. "

"The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room for free, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel is right by the beach. They also kept our luggage after checkout, which was very convenient. The only downside was some renovation noise in the lobby area, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay."
