The room was very spacious and very clean. Good AC which kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Reception staff were friendly and check in and out was very easy and quick. Unfortunately I was not informed that there was no breakfast due to issues with the kitchen, I found out on arrival so this could have been communicated to me better and pre-arrival.

The location was fantastic. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. It is difficult to get to from a station, so plan on walking some. The staff was polite, but not very helpful. The breakfast nook was closed, but she didn't have any suggestions that helped. We needed a wine opener, but she didn't have one. Little things, but we definitely felt as if we were on our own to figure everything out. The terrace was nice in the evening.

The location is superb, within a very short walk to the Cathedral and the Alcazar. The rooms are large and nicely appointed, with fresh flowers in the bathroom. Front desk staff were kind and professional, especially Diego, who helped me with my reservation before we arrived. On the downside, the buffet breakfast was canceled indefinitely, for reasons I never quite understood. And the noise continuing late into the night was disturbing. Rowdy people outside in the very narrow alleyways, then, loud banging of garbage bins bouncing over cobblestones. Just part of the "charm" of these old-town narrow streets, I guess. Still, I recommend Halo Boutique Hotel for its large, lovely rooms, excellent service, and ideal location. We will stay there again.

Lovely Hotel in the heart of Seville. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to assist, special thanks to Joaquin for all his help during our stay.
