"Great location, great hot breakfast very clean and nice hotel. Will be staying again. Only complaint was all the noise from the cars..we couldn't fully enjoy the balcony or sleep well for the noise. Something should be done about a noise ordinance for the city after a certain time. It was 2 or 3 am before the loud cars stopped."

"We love staying at this location and have been for several yearly visits to Pigeon Forge. Very Reasonable pricing of rooms with over and beyond accomadations, very very clean hotel esp the guest rooms. So polite and friendly. Front desk staff is very inviting and helpful. We met Sammi when we first started coming and we have fell in love with her cheerful kindness and friendliness! Always like a family reunion when we meet!! The morning breakfast also served is set up so nice and very fulfilling...
