2/10 Terrible

"Terrible property. Very sketchy looking. We drove up in our shuttle van, got off and turned around and got back on the bus and went back to the city. We were the only guests there on that Monday. When we pulled up it looked very sketchy, none of us wanted to stay there. No one even bothered to walk up to greet us, couldn't even tell where the check in hut was. I contacted Hotels.com to get a refund for the 3 rooms I paid for in advance only to be told nothing could be done. Honestly, I would tell you if you want to stay in the Sevan area there are so many beautiful resort type places. DON"T STAY HERE"

"One of the best places I stayed in Armenia. The atmosphere is very serene and rejuvenating, uniting with picturesque nature around it. The staff was very, caring and with great attention to customer needs. They made me feel like family. Hotel was very clean and cosy. They have animals at the property for guest interaction which was very entertaining. Most of all I was impressed with food, that was included in hotel price for 3 times a day. Not only it was fresh and home cooked but the test was amazing, not less than restaurants with Michelin star. This place became so special for me that I am looking to come back when I get a chance to be in Armenia again."
