"I didn't get my room the first night and had to book into another hotel , because the phone number to reception where I was staying was wrong. It was for their sister hotel. This is the number supplied by Expedia email. The next day I went to check in being 500 euros out of pocket. They couldn't locate my house key as someone else had taken it. I ended not staying in my allocated room and shared with my colleague. I am now absolutely livid as im massively out of pocket and it has ruined my...

"Kitchen comes with a hob, toaster, kettle and 2 coffee machines. Small cleaning kit included in price including d/w tablets. There is an onsite laundrette5euros of 6kg Only a few minutes walk to the port and boulangerie"

"Best location ever, very clean room, great welcome pack. For this concept of accommodation, I would prefer to have an oven, not only a microwave. But a large fridge with a freezer was a good point. As well as a Nespresso classic coffemaker and free parking on top. Very warm and dry (spent 4 days in February), clean and fresh room. "
