"The reception staff needs better training. The morning and evening staff don’t communicate, they contradict each other, and there is no accountability. It was almost comical how they had absolutely no answers or solutions to problems caused by their lack of communication. A complete unwiligness to help and take accountability or compensate the guests for problems of their own making... "

It’s quite remote and the country roads to get there are a bit tricky to navigate at night. We were exploring comporta for the two days that we were there but it’s about a 40 min drive so if you’re thinking of exploring comporta just keep that in mind.
