"It is a nice hotel for a relaxing family stay. The facilities and amenities are well equipped, and everything is convenient to use.
However, the staff members do not seem to be as thoroughly trained as you would expect at a luxury hotel. The service does not feel particularly polished or well standardized, and there seems to be a lack of clear guidelines for how staff should communicate with and respond to guests. Overall, the level of professionalism in guest service could be improved."

"We write to formally express our dissatisfaction with the room conditions during our stay at Lotte City Hotel Guro from September 29 through October 7, 2026.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room did not function properly, resulting in an uncomfortable room temperature of approximately 20°C (68°F). Despite our efforts to make the room comfortable, the temperature remained unpleasant, significantly affecting our ability to relax and sleep comfortably during our stay.
As a result, we...
