The attention to detail from the cleaning staff and the spa was unbelievable! Hard to mention everyone. Every employees attention to detail makes this experience! The hotel is beyond stunning ! This hotel sets a high bar and absolutely met it with flying colours! "

"We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Was given a 3 bedroom with extremely short ceiling in the bedrooms. Only 1 bathroom that was about 5ftx5ft. The door to the bathroom was about 5 7ft so my husband could not get in without bending. Staff were rude and just horrible. Not accommodative at all. "

"Overall good , one runner in the gym was not working out of two so I couldn’t work out with my wife , breakfast lack of variety , not enough vegetables , good service , water was not going down in toilet, we asked to fix it but only in evening fixed it , room was good overall "
