"From the minute I arrived, I was made to feel very welcome. The pretty, tiled entrance was a cool haven from the heat. I booked a superior room with a balcony which was spacious, clean and a bit of a treat for solo travelling me. The decor of the room was modern and comfortable - very comfy bed, too - plenty of storage. A good sized shower room, clean towels everyday. "This was one of the best properties we have stayed at - EVER! Dear Lisbon Bordalo Palace Chiado exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spacious and super clean, well decorated and had everything you could possibly need (toothbrushes, water bottles, shower caps, a mending kit, even slippers). We were greeted with Pastel de Natas and raspberries in our room. The staff was so attentive to our every need! And, the breakfast was delicious. So many options, even freshly made espressos...

"Het hotel was top! Personeel was super vriendelijk. We waren te vroeg aangekomen; onze kamer was nog niet klaar maar de eigenaar heeft toch ervoor gezorgd dat we eerder konden inchecken. De kamer was ruim en schoon. Elke dag wordt de kamer schoongemaakt en het bed opgemaakt. Er staat elke dag een versnapering klaar op het bed voor ons. "Great area close to many interesting sights and Camoes Square which is a meeting point for many Tours. That square is right next to Baixo- Chiado subway station. It is in one of the hilly areas of Lisbon. Walking down is fine, but I usually took an Uber at the end of my sightseeing instead of walking back up the hill. Immaculate stylishly decorated room. " This is a great location in historic part of town with walkable stores and shops close by, Kudos to staff, special mention to Luana who makes fresh squeezed orange juice and sets up nice breakfast every morning. "Notre arrivée s’est faite très facilement à 23h stationnement aisé, les indications étaient claires. Arrivés dans la chambre tout le nécessaire était présent. La literie était de bonne qualité et nous avons été agréablement surpris de trouver une bouteille d’eau au frais ainsi que le nécessaire de toilette dans la salle de bain.
