Bath tub not clean by Housekeeping staff dead insects still around with aged n dried lizard poos Housekeeping runner Hassan(not room attendant Hassan on 2456 floor) very accommodative , knowing im having leg sore , he placed the 2 hard pillow at the bottom of the bed. FNB staffs all with a smile. Chef at roti bakar prepare the roti without me asking after the first day he know how i want my roti bakar. Impressive! Check out experience very professional and great by the indian lady (not able to catch her name) The whole experience changed from worst to great by the caring runner, attentive fnb staffs n the great checkout experience.
