"The Hotel is situated well in the Old Town close to historic attractions - Harbour, Hadrians Wall etc. Located in a Vibrant area buzzing in activity. Plenty of various food outlets nearby. In fact too many to choose from! Hotel is very basic, but the main plus point would be the really nice view from the top floor. You have good panoramic views of the sea, clock tower, mosques, minarets and the Torus Mountains"

"Accommodation & especially the bathrooms are average and require updating. Courtyard where breakfast is served is the star of the show. Noise transmission is inevitable due to the layout. Breakfast is average witht the exception of the fresh orange juice. The operation is controlled by the lady owner who is the maestro and is very delightful. Value for money, not sure!"

"Clean comfortable room with balcony which looked onto the river on one side and the main thoroughfare on the other. Air con excellent. Staff upon arrival helped with luggage and cleaner Yulin was superb and very friendly. Good value for money. Very central for everything. All in all a good stay."

Ali the receptionist and owner was very helpful when i needed either things related to cleaning my clothes or recommending a place to go to. The location is central to Kaleici old town, and there are restaurants and shops within less 5min walking distance. Also Mermerli beach can be reached within an 8min walk.
