"The location was excellent. Walking distance to old town and right by the river that has a beautiful walking path along it. Also easy walking distance to Bodegas Francos Españolas Winery. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. There is onsite parking - your car gets its own elevator and designated space. "

La señora del turno de la mañana me salvó literalmente e hizo todo porque yo pudiera ir a San Sebastián de la forma más conveniente y el chico del turno nocturno estuvo pendiente de que todo estuviera bien a mi regreso… el señor del transporte del shuttle ambos maravillosos. "Great location, value for money and if you don´t want to rent a car to move around you are in the centre of everything. Didn´t have much contact with the staff they seemed to be accommodating but there was not many opportunities for engagement since we were outside of the hotel most of the day. Breakfast was decent but lacked options for gluten free if you have this diet or restriction might be something you care for, but there are many options around the hotel that are more than suitable."
