The sheets were stained, the checkin staff were uncommunicative, the room smelled of smoke, and there were limited dining or shopping options. We tried to get food delivered by Grab, but even that was canceled by the restaurant. Our room key stopped working for no reason and we had to get it fixed. At one point, somebody opened our door, but couldn’t get in because of the lock chain. I assume that was the cleaning staff. They could have knocked. I’m not disappointed. It was very cheap accommodation, so I wasn’t expecting much.

Missed a connecting flight in KL so booked this hotel last minute. On check in, the staff weren’t overly enthusiastic, but gave me the information I needed and everything went smoothly. The hallways/lobby etc. are quite dingy and don’t seem clean. My room had tons of tiny bugs all over it, and I also saw a number of those bugs in the hallways. The toilet in my room flushed one time, after that it wouldn’t work to flush again. I stayed for two nights, and on my second day, my key card stopped working. I brought it to the front desk and it just needed to be reprogrammed, but not sure why that happened. The hotel does have a laundry room which was convenient, and it was a cheap price for such short notice. It was also close to the airport which was good. Overall though, the dirty feeling, the bugs, and the toilet breaking make me unlikely to stay at this hotel again.

Dear Guest, Thanks for the review and your opinion is important for our future improvement. We are apology that we are just budget transit hotel with offer budget room rate for our budget traveller. For the toilet is working normal and you may forgot to turn on the water pipe just next to the toilet ball for water refill into the flush tank. For the room key is per day update basic according to the key log system and you may require to update the key again with us for the second day stay. For the lobby, we are turn off the dining area lighting as well as the facilities area is not open in the night time for the cost energy saving purpose. We may look into this matter and wish to have more funky element if we do have budget for the implementation in the future. We ask you to accept our repeated apologies for the inconvenience caused and hope that we will have the privilege of welcoming you to stay again in the near future, under altogether happier circumstances. 위생 최악.
잠시 잠만 자려고 저렴한 가격에 이 숙소를 택했지만 위생이 너무 안좋았습니다. 숙소에 들어가니 쾌쾌한 냄새와 바퀴벌레를 본 후 잠을 못잤습니다. 공항에서 택시로 20분 거리여서 위치는 괜찮았지만 위생은 꽝입니다.다시는 안가고 싶고 돈이 너무 아까웠습니다.

Bof, hôtel pour un transit de quelques heures.
Petit hôtel vétuste, sans confort, pas d’isolation phonique ni thermique. Heureusement que c’était juste pour 12h en attendant mon avion car je n’y aurai pas passé la nuit. Rien au alentour. A prochaine fois je payerai plus cher et je choisirai autre chose plus près de l’aroport.

Nothing unique about Youniq. The staff is unhelpful and unprofessional. The stay was unpleasant and the people were not hospitable. Uses asthetics od the lobby to lure travelers in only to find the sleeping quarters unkept and unfit. The mattress was dirty, and I saw bedbugs. I paid for the room and only stayed 1 hour before moving to another hotel. I don’t recommend any westerner staying at this place. Spend an extra $5 and keep your piece of mind.

My room was very noisy bcos it was by the roadside. I can sleep very easily, so it was ok for me though it was seriously noisy. If u r a light sleeper, u would have regretted booking the room. The owner should have done something about making it sound proof.

Charged a 10 RM tax upon arrival. Not mentioned anywhere that I could find. Reception told me 30 minutes to airport at 4 in the morning and it took 12. Ended up at airport way too early. You get what you pay for.

Excellent service and strategic location. I loved the fact that the laundry service are free, but u need to buy your own detergent. There are also places where you can refill water. This place is perfect if u are in transit.

空港からのぴkピックアップを頼んで 宿から了承メールも届いたのにもかかわらず 空港に迎えは来なかった。 仕方なしにタクシーで宿に向かったが もぐりのタクシー?なのか80リンギだった。 ただ、80だよ?と言われて乗ったので、しゃあないけど・・・ 次の日の空港までの送りは宿についてから、すぐに 交渉したので大丈夫でした。 部屋は寝られたら良いという感じなので、期待していなかったが ベッドは清潔だったし、良かった。 シャワーの湯がなかなか出ない、20分位出しっぱなしにして ようやく、入れる感じ。

A good overnight resting place.
This is the second time I have stayed here between flights at KLIA. I have no complaints whatsoever. The surrounding area is nothing special but you usually there just to sleep between flights. Pick up service works very well
