"Location-wise: Not bad in Hongdae. But you might want to check the opposite Mercure hotel. The room is small, with only minimal supplies. No toothbrush nor tea bags. Claims to be eco-friendly but with paper cups and plastic bottles? Good toiletries. Lobby on 21/F. Easy check out. "

"Nou de medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Hotel is mooi en netjes lekkere badkamer een unieke wc pot echt excellent. "The customer service was top-notch. When airline cancellations made us miss the first night of our stay, they worked with us to refund us the night we missed. They were very efficient and courteous during the whole process. Being American, I’m not used to such efficiency and customer service. I’m very impressed. The location was also great. It’s super close to the Cheonggyecheon Stream & just 15 minute walk from Insadong & Ikseon areas. Highly recommend"
