Fabulous fully equipped kitchen!! Very Clean and modern! Walkable to main areas like the Seoul tower and the cable car. Subway station 1 block from the Urbanstay meyongdong to go to the airport and railroad station. 1 block in opposite direction for the subway to go to the Gyeongbok Palace and Bukchon Village!! Awesome location. Near many restaurants and walkable to main areas. We had the Panama view room worth the extra money! Thank you Urbanstay meyongdong location for providing an excellent accommodation in Seoul. Best regards Lovette Davis

I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. If it were not for him, I would have missed my flight! Great place, people to help if needed and no face to face check in which is great for introverts of foreigners like me!

i booked it last minute so didnt have time for extensive research. but that turned out to be no problem. the facility is impeccably maintained, the room design is light and airy, the location is fantastic near 2 subway stations. despite having no face to face contact with any staff, their online chat was super helpful and easy to use. i definetly recommend it

The main thing we didn’t understand: lived there for a week (7 nights) and got no cleaning/housekeeping at all. No bedsheets or towels changed. And there was no broom/mop or cleaning amenities to do it by yourself. Location is excellent. Access to subway lines 2,3 and 4. The mattress makes loud noise when moving the body due to “water proof” material covering the bed. Requested remedy. Had a difficult time reaching the help line. Finally when I reached them by email, they refused to change the mattress cover. Pot and pan in the kitchen are very cheap stuff. Can’t even fry an egg without excessive sticking. Bathroom is ok. Lots of storage space. Big fridge. Stove top is finicky. The overall facility is more plain than the photos.

This is a tough review. Size and layout of the room were perfect, location of property was perfect, price was reasonable, and the dedicated luggage room was a very very handy. However, the room was not well cleaned (leading us to doubt the cleanliness of everything), the sink did not drain, and communication was terrible. We submitted an issue through their app regarding the sink and heard no response back. At 11pm local time we heard noise from the automated locks, they changed the code. If we were not in the room we would have been locked out. We also received an automated checkin email as we did on our arrival but it contained a different room. We assumed, correctly, that they wanted us to change at 11 o’clock at night…. Despite there being no communication to this end.

Overall it was pretty good but it was public holiday weekend so all restaurants around here were closed Cleaning was not done properly so I found someone’s socks in the washing machine and wall was cracked in the corner Other than that it was great and well structured comfy one room studio room

Moldy smell and bad room condition

The room was in a pretty bad shape, it wasnt clean and there was a moldy smell from the non-cooling aircondition. Overall not a great night, there was also a random dirty pot in the kitchen? We came from another room in the same building which was way way better than this one. Very disappointed
