Big rooms with a view to the river. Good matters, pillows and sheets. Soundproof room with separate shower and bathtub. They emptied trashcans and changed towels every day.
Breakfast served individually till 9.20 (last order) expect on Mondays.
Odd smell in lifts and corridors.
Some small shops and dining places near by. Bus stop just next to hotel (as bus to Incheon airport).
I really enjoyed my stay at the Niagara Hotel! I sated for one night and I also had my room upgraded which was very kind of the staff. I was surprised by how large the rooms were, I loved how much open space there was! The beds are really comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and of nice quality. The view of the river from the hotel was quite nice as well and it made me enjoy waking up to seeing nature. Thank you so much a wonderful and comfortable stay!
The room we were assigned had a few problems 1) the blow dryer was shorted and dangerous, 2) the toilet would not flush and three the door would not close from outside the room.
Location is not too bad, but wouldn't stay here again
The hotel smelled like smoke. The rooms floor were stained and so were the furniture. There were also left over used sanitary products like the room was not cleaned before we checked in. We left as soon as we checked in because it was unsanitary.
This hotel is a complete lie. They advertise themselves as being a 5 star hotel, but I would say they are not even close to be a 1 star hotel. The customer service at Niagara Hotel is extremely poor. The employees are very unwelcoming and unfriendly. The hotel rooms are poorly cleaned. We were given this room where we found a wet and dirty towel with hair from the previous client (disgusting). The toilet was dirty with poop marks (even more disgusting). We complained and they moved us to a different room where there was hair on the sheets, the bathtub was plugged so the water had a hard time going down the drain. There was dust, dirty carpets inside the room and outside. I was placed at the end of the hall, so the elevator is far away from me which is very inconvenient as I use a cane. I asked if I could use the elevator designated for the use of the cleaning staff, as it is next to my room, but I realized that it was a very bad idea to use it. It was disgusting, smelled like trash, and it was extremely grimy and stained. And I was thinking "The employees bring clean towels, sheets, etc. in that filthy elevator." Shouldn't there be regulations and procedures of cleanliness for any hotel, especially for a so-called 5 star hotel? Another complain that I have is that I was roasting in my room, and I tried to use the AC but it didn't work. We talked to an employee and they said that it is still not the season to use the AC. What sort of explanation is that.
