We had a good stay at Hotel Mido.The hotel is conveniently located near the subway. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and if you like to shop, Namdaemun and Myeongdong night market/streetfood is about 10-15 mins walk.i will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Honestly it was my first trip to Seoul, but it didn’t fail my expectation as I read the reviews from other travellers who used the service of the Hotel ! No doubt it is a small boutique hotel, staff are super nice and friendly, room are clean and daily change of towel without failed . Location is truly near to some good shopping places like Namdaemum market , Myeongdong street and one train stop to Seoul city centre ! Convenient store and local foods are stone throw away from hotel too ! Lastly I want to sincerely say my thanks to one of the staff Sunnat , without him helping us to pay in advance for the taxi , we will not be able to get to airport in time for our flight back home . Thank you Sunnat , and I will definitely book the hotel for my next Korea trip in near future !

Picture is deceiving. Location of place is good for Myeongdong market. Rm 302 you can open your one luggage, so space is ok, room is clean but the base board for the matteress half of the wood is longer i got scratched a couple of time. 1 window but there is a neighboring wall. Basic place.

Thank you Hotel Mido fir having us. The hotel catered to my basic needs as a first time tourist in Seoul - the room was always clean and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. They responded quickly as well to my questions whether online or face to face, and the location is accessible via public transit. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to install a shower curtain and to put a non slip rug in the bathroom. One could easily slip and get hurt as water gets everywhere each time the shower is used.

Great location near to Hoehyeon station, and lots of dining / café options nearby. Just beware if you’re visiting with babies in strollers, there’s no ramp access to the lobby, just a minor inconvenience.

Small but pleasant rooms with a big tv, and big bathroom/shower. Staff is super friendly and will give you an adapter for the electric outlets if you ask. Was a lot nicer staying here than a typical cheap budget hotel.

I like the property because of the size and staff there was really friendly and helpful. The price was right. I love the fact that it really close to subway station and other transportation. The only negative thing that i can think of is that people smoking close to both entrances. I enjoyed my stay there.

Great budget hotel

We stayed for 4 nights. Hotel is in the central of Myeong-dong. A lot of shops everywhere. Walking distance to Namdaenum market. Lots of food to try and yummy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again. Thanks

Top notch customer service!

Really love the convenience of the hotel - very close to the station, airport bus stop, convenience store nearby and 24 hours dining within walking distance of the Hotel. What made our stay memorable was the customer service - they are always happy to help! Highly recommended! Room is really small but you get what paid for.

Good for the price

The hotel is very conveniently located near good restaurants and the subway. The bathroom ans shower head could have been cleaner, but overall, everything matches the price you pay. The double bed room is very small so be aware of that.

Staff are very nice and helpful, Front desk has a small cafe, provide good cappuccino and sitting area. Close to many bus lines, not super close to subway station but still walkable, many good choices of restaurant and two large department stores (Lotte and Shisegar) near by for easy shopping/food court. Wet bathroom may be the only downside but no biggie.

It is a reasonably priced hotel in a very convenient area. Most staff speak fluent English. We were impressed with the efficiency and responsiveness when we called about the clogged toilet. The only concern is the setup of the bath tub/shower which can pose a safety hazard - a hand rail on the wall is recommended to avoid possible legal liability. The overall customer service is very good. The employees were very helpful and attentive.

Great location.

Hotel was very central. Close to most things. The hotel was a bit dirty. Under our bed had not been cleaned for months, we asked to have it cleaned and it was done. The carpets in the hallways were really dirty, made the hotel feel unclean. The room was very small. Had a large ramp to get up to the elevator hard to climb and dangerous to come down.
