新沙エリアでのコスパは最高ですが...

自身の食材で調理もでき、朝食はパンのみですがトーストもでき、コーヒー、ブドウジュースが楽しみで、数年前からよく利用してました。 しかし地下にクラブが出来てしまい、爆音、振動が激しく部屋にいることも苦痛でまったく眠れませんでした。 これから週末に被るときは利用しません... 新沙駅、空港バスとアクセスが大変良く、朝食近辺には美味しい飲食店がたくさんあり、カロスキルも徒歩5分程度で本当にオススメの宿でしたが、本当に残念です...

お値段を考えたら有りです。

新沙駅6番出口からすぐでわかりやすいです。三階までは階段です。お部屋はかなり狭いです。アメニティは付いていました。コンセントが少なく変な場所にあり不便かもしれません。ホテル周辺には食べる所が沢山ありとても良いです。ただ、夜中外の車の音等が聞こえるので少々うるさいです。ベッドのマットレスは硬くて良かったです。シャワーの水圧は問題無しです。

駅近で◎

エレベーターがなく階段で３階まで上がらないといけないのが大変だった コンセントも少なく、ドライヤーやWiFi、テレビのコンセントを抜かないと充電ができなかった もちろんベット付近にもコンセントなし フロントの方は英語韓国語と少しの日本語でとても親切に説明したくて優しかったです

Good for a quick stay

There was no one at the desk when we arrived, even though we were told someone would be there until 11pm. But our key was on the desk with directions to find our room. It was small, but as described and adequate for our needs. We just needed a bed for the night. It had AC, its own small bathroom, TV, Wifi, mini fridge, and coffee. For the price, it was fine. If you don't need much, this place is just fine.

The location of the guest house is very good. But there is no elevator in here and the guest house is in third floor. So if you are planning to do some crazy shopping in seoul, you might need to reconsidering this location. Also, cleaning service is by request and only available once evry two day. So this is also teh factor you need to conaider. The location is roght next to subway, so you can hear the traffic all day eapecially the nigh time since the window doest really isolate any noise from outside. And the mattress is not human body friendly. Most important of all, there are quit lots of hair on the floow when i check in and two bugs i found on day one, one small spider on the floor, and one lady bug on the mattress. So there is my experience.

3階ですが階段なので荷物の上げ下げが大変でした。夜は廊下も階段も真っ暗で何も見えませんでした。トイレもつまり大変でした。立地だけが良かったです。

4/27-5/4まで滞在しました。 皆さんの仰るとおり床に寝てるのかと思うほどベッドが硬いです。 上を向いて寝る方は大丈夫かもしれませんが、私のように横を向くタイプはダメです。腰を痛めました。 シャワーの水圧もよく、お湯もちゃんと出ます。珍しく歯ブラシもあります。 清掃はドアに貼ってありますが、申告制です。一度頼みましたがなぜか清掃後の方が髪の毛が落ちていたりシーツに髪の毛が付いていました・・・。 一番の難点は寒さと騒音です。 この期間温度が下がったのと窓からすきま風が入り寒かったのでエアコンをつけようとしたらつかず、スタッフの方に聞いたらこの期間はつかないとのこと。 布団をもう一枚貸していただけましたが空調が使えないのは不便です。 あとロケーションがいい反面、前の道路を行き交う車と電車の音が凄いです。間の悪いことに工事中で一晩中工事のすさまじい轟音も鳴り響きます。 安いですが私は次は無いです。

朝食(セルフサービス)が良かった。 9日間滞在したが、部屋の清掃が一度もなかった。 呼ばなきゃ来てくれないのかもしれない。 コスパは良いと思う。
