"Welcoming staff, easy to communicate with them in english. Relaxing ambiance in the lobby. Room is great, clean and comfy bed. The area is connected to lotte mall, it is a plus factor for tourist like us who loves shopping. Variety of food cuisine to choose from, branded and designers products are all available in lotte mall. Easy check in and out. Money exchange is also availble thru machine in the lobby.
