"Amazing!"

"This hotel was pretty nice. Not necessarily a five star but worth what we paid for. If you’re looking for quick access to the beach, this is not the place. But there were many restaurants around the area of the hotel. A convenience store and a bakery right next door was very nice. The hotel itself was kept very clean, and the staff was fairly helpful."

"Room was questionable on cleanliness. Mildew stains present in bathroom. & dust on top of dresser. Overall room could be renovated. View was beautiful. Staff were very helpful. No real amenities. Breakfast was okay. Bread, eggs, breakfast meat, coffee, & juice. We had a leak in the ceiling. No other rooms were available as they were at capacity. Luckily we were able to stay with family. We were refunded for that evening and subsequent nights. "

"Gold One is a very nice boutique hotel located on south shore about one hour drive from Jeju airport. The rooms were large with comfortable beds and elegant, spacious bathrooms. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast was comprehensive with made to order steak and eggs. Parking for our rental car was free and easy. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice. The trail from the hotel through the Secret Garden was an unexpected highlight. The location was reasonably central for touring sites to the west and east but travel is slow due to speed cameras on most roads."

"Very clean and very friendly staff"

"We return for a 30-year wedding anniversary trip as we honeymooned here 30 years ago. It was a great nostalgic moment to return to place where we started our family. Amazing service in 2 weeks in Korea traveling the country, I would say Sheila is still our favorite Hotel and comfort and elegance. Only thing is I think they could do better with air circulation to deal with humidity. I noticed everywhere I went in Korea seems to be humid but I also believe that's the experience of all foreigners would travel in Korea where somewhat of a normal way of life but I do expect air conditioners to be crisp and without humidity. Other than that everyone has been amazing and the employees and the staff definitely are above and beyond and cream of the crop. Thank you for an amazing stay and service."

"Pretty good location and within walking distance of shopping and food area. Car park was limited and need to walk a few blocks to park but fess claimable from the hotel. Overall ok stay."
