In fact, she said her account with Expedia was suspended for months. This was very unprofessional and I am happy that I did not pay for the apartment upfront. The location was not safe. We had to rush and stay at another hotel nearby for 2 days which was not much better. They had a lot of excuses. Do not rent this place. "
