All amenities work including a fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Fifteen minutes walk to mall with two supermarkets and plenty of Hong Kong style Chinese and Western restaurants and a Costco. "The property is going through renovations which I was not aware of at time of booking. Hallway carpets were horrific. Elevator broke down. I would wait for renovations to be completed. For $20 more hours can go to fully functioning hotel."
